Cancellation Policy

Pawsitive Match Pets has the following cancellation and refund policy. Please ensure that you fully understand these terms and conditions. Hiring us will be our agreement that you have read and will comply with all that is written below.

1. Dog Walking policy; For our dog walking service, we request that there is just communication and a proper reason. Our business runs off of trust, so we just ask that there is notice as soon as you know you will not be needing our services.

2. House and pet sitting policy; For our pet sitting service, and long stay's (7+ days) there will be a mandatory 72 hour notice needed for any cancellations. If the client fails to notify us in time, we must claim a total 15% deduction for loss of time, and calendar space. For shorter stay's (6 days>) we ask that there is a good and honest reason for cancellation. If you indeed paid a 50% deposit, it will be refunded in full for shorter house/pet sitting services. If there was a 50% deposit paid, for an extended stay (7+ days) you will be refunded, minus the 15% deductible.

3. Pet photography policy; For our pet photography service, there is always a 50% deposit request to lock in our time with you and your pets. This is indeed fully refundable with a minimum 24hour notice to us. If the client fails to notify us in time, there will be a $50 fee applied to your refund.

4. Drop-in policy; For our drop-in service, we request that you give us at least 48 hour notice of cancellation. There will be a fee applied of 15% of the total service cost if client fails to notify us of a cancellation. For emergencies, since we understand life happens, there will be no fee for cancelling this service.

5. House sitting (no pet); For our House sitter service, we request the client gives us at least 72 hour notice of cancellation. If client fails to notify us, there will be a $50 fee for failure of communication and loss of calendar space.
